Taos Area Web Cams

Some of these webcams are set to take pictures 24/7. Some of these webcams are set to shut off at specific times. Among these cams there are a variety of different setting for how often the pictures are taken. Some may provide an image every few seconds and some may provide as little as one per day. All of these webcams are about the scenery of northern New Mexico, more or less.


	LIVE IMAGE	AngelFire Webcam - Base Area View of the base area on the front side of the mountain, from a rotating camera mounted on the ticket office building. This live camera is moving to show the lift lines at the Chile Express high-speed quad chair lift, chairs 1 & 2, and the Polar Coasting tubing hill. You can also see the conditions on Exhibition and High Road ski trails, as well current weather condition. This web cam is updated every 3 minutes, 7 days a week, between 7am & 5:30pm MST. 	LIVE IMAGE	AngelFire Webcam - Liberation Park View of Liberation Park from the race shack just below the Chile Express chairlift. Liberation Park features multiple jumps, rails, fun boxes and a 400' halfpipe with 14' walls. That yellow school bus in the center of the photo is no illusion. It's been retro-fitted with a slick riding surface on top to allow boarders and skiers to gap up and slide it, snow permitting. Now you can brag to everyone that you "rode the short bus!". 	LIVE IMAGE	AngelFire Webcam - Summit View of the Summit adjacent to the Chile Express chairlift. Visitors unload for the high-speed quad chair here and can hit the backside or frontside of the mountain, or hang out at the Summit Haus restaurant, grab a drink and a chair and watch the action in Liberation Park. While the area pictured is over 10,600' elevation, and gets the highest snowfall, this particular area is exposed to high wind, like any mountain summit. It's thanks to the great efforts of Angel Fire Resort's snow groomers that the summit is an easy, comfortable unload area with plenty of options for skiers and riders of all abilities, in any direction.
